DreamWorks started in 1999 as Oral Consult. Oral Consult started in Zaria and later moved to Kaduna. It was a group of Professionals engaged in services like Desktop Publishing, Graphics Design, Printing and computer training.

In 2008, Oral Consult, which was just a business name became DreamWorks System Solution Limited, a private limited liability company, duly registered by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to carry on the business of providing Information and systems solution and incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990. DreamWorks is owned 100% by Nigerian investors, professionals, experts and individuals among who are academicians and entrepreneurs and its services was expanded as a result of the wide demand of ICT services in this modern dispensation
