Teddy Omotade Aitan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DreamWorks Systems Solution Limited. He is a versatile professional with over 10 years experience, most of which were active involvement in information and communication technology. His career took him to Ministry of Finance, Federal College of Education (Technical), later as an IT Manager to Megatech Systems Limited all in Gusau and eventually to First City Monument Bank (FCMB) as a Business Development Officer. He also worked as a facilitator with the likes of Ministry of finance, Office of the Auditor General (all in Gusau), Union Bank PLC and Central Bank of Nigeria.
His knowledge in ICT, banking, leadership, management, information security, International trade, basic selling skills, entrepreneurship, marketing, business development, desktop publishing and graphics design, has earned him the position of the CEO.
He is a graduate of computer science, holds additional postgraduate in computer science (information technology), Diploma in desktop publishing and graphics design, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (in view), Postgraduate in Software Engineering & Data Communication (in view) and has become an astute motivational speaker, an entrepreneur and a 21st century leader. He is currently working on an area of interest, Electronic Business & Innovation.
Fidelis Aitan (Consultant, DreamWorks Consulting) is a graduate of Business Administration and a bi-product of other sales and marketing trainings.
He has worked in various capacities in many organizations. In his very young days, he started up a sales career with Fan Milk PLC as Depot Sales Officer. Since then, he had worked in the Trade Marketing Depot of British American Tobacco (Nigeria) as Channel Development Representative (CDR) covering Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi territories. In BAT, Fidelis pioneered Channel Development (HoReCa) in the territory, recording 80 new accounts in 8 months.
He also had another marketing stint with Chris Parkes Marketing Solution (CPMS) as a State Manager (Sokoto Area). Here he majored in core sales, promotions and advert and creative marketing. His team introduced B&H (limited edition) and Pall Mall into the tobacco market in the territory. He moved from CPMS to Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) PLC, authorized bottlers of Coca-Cola brands in Nigeria. There he started as a Unit Sales Manager for Maiduguri with depots in Potiskum, Damaturu and Baga.
In January 2008, the key Accounts Unit of the sales department of NBC was created to cater for sensitive and prestige accounts (HoReCaSup) and he was appointed the pioneer Key Accounts Manager for the Northern region. He occupies this position till date. Fidelis is a business strategist who is key muscle in analysis.
He specializes in institutional sales, negotiation and category management, having taken a CCHELLENIC Diploma in Key Accounts Management in Vienna (Austria), Prague (Czech Republic) and Athens (Greece).
He is a sound relationship manager, manager of people, mentor and a reliable leader.
Mohammed Abubakar Nakwada (Consultant) has over 14 years postgraduate working experience. His career took off as an Inspector II at the National Youth Service Corps in 1998 where he worked for a year before he moved to the Federal Ministry of Transport as the Personal Assistant to the Hon. Minister of State. After another year, the same position took him to Civil Service Matters in the Presidency. For another 2 years in the same capacity, he was in Federal Ministry of Education. Between the years 2003 and 2005, he was the Principal Administrative Officer, National Maritime Authority, Lagos. His hard work took him to Celtel (now Zain) since 2005 to date, where he has become the District Manager, Team Lead (Zamfara and Katsina).
Mohammed is a graduate of Political Science from Usman Danfodiyo University Sokoto, holds a PGD in Public Administration and a Masters in Public Administration all from Ahmadu Bello University.
Malcolm Frederick Forsyth (Consultant, DreamWorks Systems, Solution & Publishing) is a masterpiece and authority in the world of computers; A Nigerian by naturalization and a graduate of the prestigious Oxford University in UK. He is a versatile professional with over 20 years post graduation experience, over 18 years of which were active involvement in the most exigent aspects of computing, programming and application software development.
His career has taken him through series of job opportunities ranging from lecturing, consulting to business development. He still in the business of lecturing and consultation.
Nwajuaku Nneamaka Chioma (Manager, DreamWorks Foundation) graduated from Nnamdi Azikwe University with a B.Sc. in Economics. She worked as a marketing executive with an Insurance Company Industrial and General Insurance (IGI) for a year and she moved to First City Monument Bank PLC, where is she is currently working as Retail Officer. She is a student with the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. She has interest in widows and children, and wants to chart her course in that direction.
Her experiences spans several years of work with different NGOs in Nigeria during her undergraduate days and she has brought that to bear in our foundation. She is currently develop a platform for our foundation and hopes to take it to the next level.
Peter Essien N (Consultant) is a distinguished public servant and has held key positions throughout his years of service in the academia. He holds a bachelor of science in Computer science, Masters of Science in the same field and currently running his Ph.D. programme.
His dedication and hard work in his career of over 15 years in the academia had seen him through positions like the head of department and his currently the Dean, School of sciences at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Gusau.
His professional affiliation includes membership of Nigerian Institution of Agricultural Engineers (MNIAE). One of his interests include motivation of youth and business innovation.
